Ingredients
With Soy Milk
  • 2 x Scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Cookies and Cream
  • 250ml Chocolate Soy Milk
  • 2 x Ice Cubes
  • 2-3 Drops Almond Essence
  • Protein powder as recommended.
With Almond Milk
  • 2 x Scoops Herbalife Cookies and Cream F1
  • 1 x Small banana (or half a banana)
  • 250ml Almond Milk
  • 1 x Scoop protein powder
  • 2 x Ice Cubes
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients and blend for 2 -3 mins.

Less protein in almond milk than soy milk.
Add some ground almonds as an option..
