- 2 x Scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Cookies and Cream
- 250ml Chocolate Soy Milk
- 2 x Ice Cubes
- 2-3 Drops Almond Essence
- Protein powder as recommended.
- 2 x Scoops Herbalife Cookies and Cream F1
- 1 x Small banana (or half a banana)
- 250ml Almond Milk
- 1 x Scoop protein powder
- 2 x Ice Cubes
- Add all ingredients and blend for 2 -3 mins.
!Notes
Less protein in almond milk than soy milk.
Add some ground almonds as an option..
